Introvets VS Extraverts: Who breaks more software?

- What introverts and extraverts really are (not stereotypes)
- How personality affects QA work
- QA work situations: how introverts and extraverts behave differently (e.g. preparing for meetings, asking for a salary review, layoffs, leadership styles)
- How teams can suport both personality types

One for All, All for Quality. The Three Musketeers of modern automation: Playwright, AI, and You!

Imagine stepping into a project where a typical, everyday battle for quality is underway. On one side: deadlines, bugs and endless manual regression. On the other: your team:
• Playwright - a fast, well-documented framework for E2E, API, front-end (with mocks) and visual regression testing.
• AI (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) - an ambitious squire who anticipates your moves and knows your first companion inside out.
• You - the tester who brings it all together thinks strategically, makes decisions and delivers the decisive blows.

Thus begins a new era in which humans and artificial intelligence fight side by side for product quality. In this talk, I’ll show you how to use these tools not only to write tests faster but smarter. With AI as a partner, not a replacement for the tester. I’ll present concrete workflows using Playwright and Copilot in the VS Code editor along with practical tricks that genuinely speed up test development and pitfalls worth avoiding. Participants will leave with ready-to-use ideas on how to integrate these tools into their testing process the very next day after the conference.

Together, we’ll explore whether AI can truly be a worthy companion to a tester or just a brilliant squire with a tendency toward exaggeration and hallucination. You’ll see a team in action that proves that in the battle for quality it is still the human who holds the sword that determines success or failure.

Crash = Cash Burn – How Performance Testing Protects Your Business

In the era of digital products, every second of delay or system outage can translate into tangible financial losses.
During this presentation, the speaker will demonstrate how performance testing helps identify bottlenecks, anticipate risks, and safeguard company revenue.

We will explore practical approaches, tools, and real-life examples that clearly show performance investment is not a cost — it is business protection against financial loss.
This session reframes performance testing from a purely technical activity into a strategic business safeguard.

The Evolution of OpenAPI Codegen in the Age of AI

For years, OpenAPI Codegen has been the standard approach to generating API clients and test libraries directly from specifications. However, in the era of rapid AI advancement, an important question arises: does the traditional code generation approach still make sense?

In this talk, I will demonstrate how the role of OpenAPI Codegen is evolving in a world where AI models can generate entire test libraries, adapt them to specific project contexts, and handle incomplete or imperfect specifications. We will compare a purely schema-driven approach with an AI-augmented one and explore whether we are witnessing the replacement of a technology - or rather its natural evolution.

Make It Visible: Why Every QA Should Speak the Language of Data

Modern QA generates massive amounts of data yet much of it remains invisible.
This talk explores how transforming QA metrics into clear visual narratives can change stakeholder conversations, improve decision-making, and elevate the role of QA from reporting issues to influencing strategy.
